Rodney H. Dusinberre provides representation and consultation to business clients from a variety of industries, handling a broad spectrum of legal needs. Mr. Dusinberre has had the privilege of working with both small and large businesses in fields such as environmental, education, healthcare, real estate and land development, to name a few. Mr. Dusinberre routinely assists entrepreneurs with organizing new businesses and structuring internal governance agreements; debt and equity financing; asset and ownership interest transactions; vendor contracts; employment and independent contractor agreements; equipment and realty leases; and business dissolution. Mr. Dusinberre’s experience extends to guiding businesses through intricate regulatory compliance at the federal, state and local level, and representing such clients before administrative agencies. In addition, Mr. Dusinberre has successfully represented many business clients in various and complex litigation matters and in resolving disputes short of protracted litigation.
Mr. Dusinberre earned his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Tulsa College of Law, with honors, where he served as Notes & Comments Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal and received several other acknowledgements for academic achievement. Mr. Dusinberre is a member of The Florida Bar Association.
Mr. Dusinberre was born and raised in Western New York, and first moved to South Florida to complete his undergraduate studies at Florida International University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 1990 in Hospitality Management. Mr. Dusinberre practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for his first six years following law school before returning to South Florida in 2003. While a member of The State Bar of Oklahoma, Mr. Dusinberre also was active with the Hudson Hall Wheaton Chapter of the American Inns of Court, where he served as Chapter Treasurer from 2000 through 2003.
