The Firm's attorneys are experienced in handling a variety of litigation matters ranging from complex commercial cases to simple two party contract disputes. The attorneys of the Firm have litigated claims involving antitrust, copyright, patent, and trademark infringement, civil RICO, contracts, trade secrets, fraud, tortious interference, unfair competition, employment disputes, non-compete disputes, and other common law and statutory business torts.

A large portion of the cases handled by the firm are litigated in federal court. Therefore, the attorneys of the firm are accustomed to drafting complex briefs and conducting a thorough analysis as to all the issues in these complicated cases.
