Eric N. Assouline, Esq.

 

Eric N. Assouline has been litigation counsel to corporations and individuals in hundreds of cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and arbitration proceedings in Florida and numerous other states. Mr. Assouline's primary areas of concentration are commercial litigation, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and real estate litigation.

 

Mr. Assouline is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of New York. Prior to co-founding Assouline & Berlowe, P.A., Mr. Assouline was an associate in the commercial litigation departments of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, and Adorno & Zeder, P.A. (n/k/a/ Adorno & Yoss, LLP).

 

Eric N. Assouline was born in Queens, New York. Mr. Assouline obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University in 1993, and earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law, in Miami, Florida in 1996, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.

 

Eric is a founding member of the Arizona State University South Florida Alumni Association.
