Daniel B. McCain

Daniel earned his Bachelor's Degree from Notre Dame, where he was on the Division I Varsity Track & Field team and his Law Degree from Elon University School of Law in 2018.

Daniel's experience is focused on complex commercial litigation and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel worked for a Florida law firm where he represented a diverse group of individuals and corporations. Notably, he was part of an arbitration team that obtained an award negating "company cause" in terminating employees from an anchor investor company and from a venture capital fund, protecting employees' $100 million carried interest in the funds, and procuring a defamation settlement.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. McCain additionally has transactional experience drafting agreements, deeds, and codicils to wills, as well as negotiating contracts on behalf of his clients.
