Iris S. Rogatinsky is Of Counsel to the Firm and a resident of the Miami office. Iris began her legal career as an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in Miami, where she represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in complex chapter 11 reorganization cases and out of court restructurings. Between July 2006 and July 2009, Iris was Of Counsel to the Firm, where she represented creditors in complex business and bankruptcy litigation and appeals. In 2009, Iris joined St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, as a full-time Professor in the Legal Writing Department, where she taught legal research and writing skills, utilizing substantive materials from various subject areas, including tort law, employment law, and U.S. constitutional law. In 2023, Iris rejoined the Firm as Of Counsel, where she focuses on creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation.
