Alan E. Krinzman is the partner in charge of Assouline & Berlowe, P.A.’s Real Estate practice and also a member of the Corporate & Finance, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, development and improvement, leasing, dispositions, zoning and entitlements, and land use planning.

Based upon this accreditation from of the U.S. Green Building Council, Mr. Krinzman is qualified to assist building owners and managers with the LEED certification process and making buildings more energy efficient. In addition, Mr. Krinzman assists clients by helping them plan and implement their green building strategy.
